Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using XC_VM you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

XC_VM is an extension marketplace. We host extensions submitted by developers and allow users to discover, purchase, and download them for use with the XC_VM platform.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to register.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your credentials confidential.

4. Purchases & licenses

• All sales are final unless the extension is materially broken and the developer cannot resolve it.
• A purchased license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the extension.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense extensions.

5. Developer obligations

Developers who publish extensions warrant that their code does not contain malware, does not infringe intellectual property rights, and complies with all applicable laws.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
• Circumvent license checks or payment flows.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of extensions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
